This being said, it’s important to us that you have an idea of how we assist in envisioning your event, so you can be sure that this will be a perfect fit.
We’ll meet you and listen to you describe all your thoughts, worries, dreams, ideas, and details that matter most. Your comfort and preparedness is a main priority for us throughout the entire process.
Kelsey will be there each step of the way, whether it’s helping select the perfect floral arrangements or simply easing your mind throughout the events themselves.
You’ll have access to your budget and finances, all of which will be safely handled for you. You’ll receive floor plans and we’ll collaborate on design boards to ensure your aspirations become a reality throughout the entire weekend.
We contract all vendors for you, and you’ll never have to worry about finding transportation, makeup and hair, rentals, a photographer, a videographer, or figuring out your food and drink selection.
Hotel blocks, vendor coordination, rentals, officiants, lighting—if you’re thinking of it, we’ll already be on top of it.
You’ll also receive a detailed timeline and customized event website, both of which aid in making your event run seamlessly. The weekend will feel effortless for you, starting from your celebratory welcome dinner through to the event and reception, and ending with your farewell brunch.
