What a beautiful day for a wedding. A perfect 75 degrees, overcast skies and possibly the most gorgeous couple I’ve ever met. Let’s just say we got this couple down the aisle in style. To top it off, this adorable bride is Kelsey Timberlake’s baby sister! As Kelsey took a spot at the altar as a bridesmaid, I took the reins as the lead on this wedding. 

The couple opted for a rooftop ceremony with views of Downtown Portland. The party continued with a patio cocktail hour, passed hors d’oeuvres and guests then made their way inside for an intimate candlelit dinner. 

White and blush florals, including a stunning ceremony altar adorned with hydrangeas, roses and a rose petal aisle were created by Kim Dodrill with Swoon Floral Design. Check back soon for more photos of the ceremony florals! 

My absolute favorite part of this special day was the kind words of appreciation and love the couple shared during their thank you to their guests. Sam shared tearful words of gratitude to her co-worker who shaped her into the dedicated 1st grade teacher that she is today. DJ followed suit, thanking his many football coaches along the way to the NFL, his parents and especially his wife who has been his number one fan. 

The couple’s love and excitement was palpable for not only their close knit bridal party, but for all guests in attendance.

What an honor it was to plan this wedding day for Sam and DJ. Wishing them a lifetime of happiness in their new marriage and cheers to a new chapter!
