As wedding season in the Pacific Northwest slowly comes to an end and we prepare to enjoy the holiday season, it is also a time for us to keep our creative juices flowing.
Los Angeles based photographer, Paulina, created a design board full of inspiration for this shoot she had been dreaming of. She approached us to execute and build a team of vendors that we felt best fit this concept and it turned out to be an unexpectedly unbelievable day at Government Cove, OR.
Our intention was to create a romantic, moody, celestial elopement on the hillside with a backdrop that distinctly represented what the Pacific Northwest is all about. And yes, the rain came along with it, but just in time for us to wrap up our big day and we really lucked out.
Anna and Andrew, a sweet couple from Southern Oregon drove up just to be with us. Their chemistry was immeasurable and they played such a vital role in the way this shoot was executed. It was important we capture raw emotions of what an elopement looks like, the level of intimacy between two people and how they really have become more common than you may want to believe.
Thank you to a wonderful team of people for making this happen. Your work is admired, you are appreciated and we are thankful for each and every one of you.
Here’s to love.
