Toward Better Things

2021 is here, and it really does feel like a breath of fresh hair for both my head and my heart, as I am sure many of you can relate. I have embraced it with every inch of my being, and feel as we head into Valentine’s Weekend, that we remind ourselves love really does conquer all.

2020 was tough, and it continues to challenge me in ways I never anticipated but I am so grateful for the time I have had with my immediate family and close circle of friends. These days continue to be those I will always cherish as I watch my nephew grow, and see the world through his lens, as often times it is much brighter than the hardships we are experiencing on a daily basis. It has also allowed me the time to be in a supportive role to my existing clients, while only entering one new contract over a 12-month period. And yes, this was by choice, and a choice I made early in 2020 when we learned of COVID-19, and all that would accompany it, much of which still remains unknown.

This past summer I wrote a blog and I continue to revisit it because we are all still navigating these tides that have never been sailed, which inspired my holiday card created by Tie That Binds. It was important that I express how I currently felt while encouraging people to remain hopeful, positive, and most importantly: healthy. Health really is our greatest asset and this past year reminded me of just that.

Here’s to you, 2021. To our health, happiness, and brighter days. And cheers to all of those newly engaged. It’s an amazing new chapter you are entering, and I am eager to be alongside you for the journey and just as eager to remain alongside our current clients who continue to be resilient during these times. You are a force and continue to inspire me, and drive my work in unimaginable ways.

I love you and can’t wait to celebrate soon!

Be Well,

Kelsey
